Grade 10, 11 or 12 (Level 2) (.5 Credit)
Prerequisite: Successful completion of PE 9
This course is designed to promote total body fitness. It
includes a variety of popular activities that improve
cardiovascular fitness, sound principles of weight control,
training methods to develop muscle, toning, strength,
fitness and flexibility. Activities include: Yoga, Pilates,
step aerobics, dance, circuit training, body sculpting,
flexibility, stress reduction-relaxation workouts, cardio
boxing and more. This class can be repeated for credit.
